Trailer Rental Lots In Crosby And Cleveland
R and M Resources LLC runs two trailer rental lots: 16339 Azimuth Dr in Crosby and 1287 N Fostoria Rd in Cleveland, Texas. No counter lines, no add-on menu, no rental runaround. Just well-kept trailers, an automated booking system, and a team that answers the phone.
Trailer Rental Should Not Feel Like An Errand
We built R and M Resources LLC to run the way a trailer lot should: booked online, hitched fast, everything included. There's no counter line and no upsell menu waiting at pickup.
Every rental runs on our automated, contactless system. Book online, and your pickup instructions land on your phone by text, no office visit required, and most trailers are ready within 30 minutes. Our utility trailers and car hauler pick up in Crosby, and our gooseneck picks up in Cleveland.
Cannot come to us? We deliver within 50 miles of either lot, and deliveries over 10 miles run $1.50 a mile to deliver and $0.50 a mile to pick back up. That's the whole idea: you picture the job done, we handle the hauling half.

Four Things We Refuse To Compromise
The same rules apply whether you're renting the $65 utility trailer for an afternoon or the gooseneck for a full job.
Booked Online, No Counter
You can rent directly online, no office visit needed. We help confirm your truck can tow the unit before you pay.
Contactless Pickup
We run a contactless system at both lots. All pickup instructions are sent straight to your phone via text, anytime between 5:30 AM and 9:00 PM.
Real Specs, Up Front
Weight ratings, hitch types, and capacities are posted on every trailer page. What you see at booking is what you get at pickup.
Plans Change, No Penalty
Cancel or modify any reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time.
