We operate a contactless system. All pickup instructions are sent to your phone via text.

Most modern 1/2-ton trucks are capable of towing around 10,000 pounds, which is suitable for many of our trailers. However, towing capacity depends on both the trailer weight and the weight of your load, so it's important to confirm your truck's towing capacity before booking. Please note that our gooseneck trailer is rated at 15,000 lbs with a hauling capacity of 10,000 lbs and requires a 3/4-ton truck or larger for safe towing. We're happy to help you determine exactly what your vehicle can tow when booking.

No special licenses are required for personal use.

You must be at least 18 years old to rent a trailer.

Yes, your automobile insurance should cover anything you tow. You would need to confirm with them before taking delivery.

We sure do! If you are within 50 miles of us, we'll gladly deliver your unit. Deliveries over 10 miles are subject to a $1.50 per mile delivery fee and a $0.50 per mile pickup fee. We are also willing to deliver beyond the 50-mile range upon request.

Pickup is available anytime between 5:30 AM and 9:00 PM.
